I a looking for experienced animators and cartoon creators to create a 75 (seventy-five) minute animated cartoon that will involve 14 character design, voice over and animation. The characters and voice would need to be created - the character sketches will be strictly African (sketch samples will be provided). I will provide storyline. Please, only experienced animators should bid.
