Hi, I need an animated cartoon in 2D that will end up being about 15-20 seconds the size will be 720x480 that will be imported into Adobe Premiere 4.0 for final editing. The add will consist of only 3-4 color Black figures on a white background and red to shows the gums around the teeth of the figure maybe a few other colors for background details.
