Job Description:

The Manager is responsible for managing client relationships and monitoring campaign performance.   They must possess excellent active listening skills to understand client needs and translate those needs into trading objectives.  Programmatic Solutions Manager's interact with client teams regularly, reporting progress and collaborating on trading tactics.  Traders also work collaboratively with their peers, sharing trading and campaign insights with the group.    

Manager, Programmatic Solutions reports into the Managing Director

Responsibilities include:

Account Project/Management


Assist with new business proposal creation and distribution
Managing client campaigns including: strategy development, project management, report delivery, and client communication.
Monitor client, competitor and industry changes
Manage up keep of all campaign tracking documents and client deliverable deadlines


 

Technical Fluency


Support team members with traffic/campaign management
Support ad-hoc data requests for forecasting, billing, promotional performance, etc.
Working knowledge of DSP partners, external data or media providers specific to assigned client campaigns
Various other duties as assigned


Required Education and Experience:


Bachelor's degree in: marketing, advertising, communications, economics, engineering, mathematics or statistics
4+ years of work experience, with recent experience in search or online advertising
Solid Excel/spreadsheet capabilities
Advanced understanding and experience with Ad Trafficking (DoubleClick specific a plus)
Working understanding of Paid Search and Display (Banner Advertising) is preferred
Knowledge of paid search campaign tracking software a plus, but not required
Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite


Required Skills:


Self-starter, capable of setting goals and reporting progress against them
Attention to detail in a multi-tasking, fast-paced business environment
Data analysis in Excel, including Pivot Tables & basic statistics
Strong leadership, communication skills, and a team player
Team player
Strong organizational navigation - able to manage and prioritize multiple projects and work well with a matrixes organization
Be confident in analyzing and acting on marketing data
