Position: Programmatic, Seller Accounts Specialist
Reports to: Director, Inventory Management
Location: Burlington, MA or New York, NY

Our platform allows advertisers to intelligently bid in real time on billions of display, mobile and video ad impressions made available by thousands of web publishers. Our platform is also built with publishers in mind, allowing them to maximize inventory value and yield management.

Seller Accounts Specialist will be responsible to establish, evaluate and maintain profitable supply relationships for AdConductor.

Responsibilities:



Negotiate and sustain effective media relationships with publishers and vertical network clients
Provide strategic consulting services regarding inventory monetization
Compile and analyze data and metrics
Make decisions based on analysis and demand needs
Close coordination with Director, Inventory Management and other departments to support existing business
Manage yield and close out each month
Provide monthly forecasting
Test and post creative
Programmatic and private marketplace support


Requirements:


BA/BS required
2+ years experience in programmatic, supply-side platform, or exchange environment
Involvement with real-time-bidding and/or display, mobile & video monetization
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Strong attention to detail
Strong customer service skills
Excellent spoken and written communication skills
HTML experience a plus
Ability to troubleshoot and prioritize under pressure

Understanding of publisher landscape, real-time-bidding, advertising technologies and monetization strategies
Ability to learn and contribute quickly
Solid analytical and decision making
Outstanding time management
Enjoy working in a collaborative and entrepreneurial team environment
