Ive a php script that imports data to mysql from a text file with large amout of rows. Before importing, it has to perform some queries to the db. This scripts runs in background, recieving parameters from another script. Im looking for a programmer that can optimize it or convert it to perl (better text handling) in order to achieve better performance.
