Software or web developers needed to create php / mySQL software. We would like to create software that handles all the procedures of an acupuncture clinic. Software that can handle and manage contents in the following area.
• Appointment
• Patient Flow
• Patient management
• Insurance
• Finance
• Patient Data
• Clinical Data
• Inventory
• Reports
• Track Stats
• Employee / Staff Training
• Business Process Management
Each of the area would have specific information and process that guide a user of the acupuncture clinic to perform specific functions.
We need full time, dedicated team or individuals that can work with proposed timelines and meet deadlines. We will work with you and together to get things done, but we do not believe in procrastination. Please do not apply or bid if you can only put in part time efforts, got other projects on hand, or cannot work at a fast pace.
Each of the above area will require specifics that are tailored to our clinic and the way our office operates which will have to work out. Please understand that this would require us to work closely and takes lots of communication and hence we require you to have a skype / teamviewer installed so we can have meetings regularly to go over exactly over the internet.
We will end up hosting and own the complete rights to this software. You may not sell any parts of this software to anybody.
Requirements
This project includes all the following:
1. Designed to be used with a mouse as well as Touch screen
2. Open source, MySQL / PHP
3. The design mainly is to run on local computer and servers, but syncs with internet database and is capable of running off internet completely as well as be independently locally. Again, here is the capability:
a. Able to run on internet (completely webased)
b. Able to run Locally on site without internet (local computers)
c. Able to run Locally on site and syncs with internet
d. Able to run on internet and syncs with local computers on site
e. Capable of customizing accounts / users
f. Multiple data bases for different companies
4. Mission critical and we need the program to be fast and responsive
5. Modular – different developers can easily plug in their portion of the project.
6. Expandable – suited for possible additional features in the future.
7. Multiple computer / users at a time
a. Different levels of authority even across different categories
b. Different users can be assigned different tasks
c. Supervisor can enter/assign tasks and would be routed to the corresponding user.
8. Can be run on any web browser
9. Real time – With multiple Users
10. Work flow management
Work can be arranged and rearranged easily depending on the need or change of procedures
11. Able to import / export (format?) databases
12. Able to generate customizable reports
13. Has to work with phone / skype and records all conversations
a. Records all phone conversations into clear and yet highly compressed format
14. Work as POS system where finances are connected to banks for transactions.

e. Designs needs to be tested, modified, revisioned until it meets the needs of operation and requirements
23. Project includes 1 year trouble shoot and warrantee that it works the way it should.
General Instruction
This is an outline of this project. Everything mentioned will have to be programmed as part of the project. Keep in mind that the outline is basic requirements and is not absolute, as well as many portions such as the GUI, management console, Business Process Management, and Databases will have to be designed by you, but it needs to be approved and tested with us. These may need to be worked on until it fit the flow of the clinic, accomplish the objectives, and to our satisfaction. |
