I am looking for Senior CakePHP Developers and Mgr to take over an existing application development project. This project has gotten fairly large and needs a team of experienced CakePHP bakers. I am looking for more than 1 person and employment for the right persons will be permanent. If you do not have extensive CAKE application development do not apply.

The purpose of the system is to offer social communities for non-profits, teams, fan clubs and other entities. The system offers a CRM, a CMS, communications (email, messaging, chat, etc.) and many other features.
You must have good English communication and writing skills. I am looking for very experienced developers who have success and experience building large, complicated business applications with multi-dimensional databases using CakePHP framework. One of the first projects is to upgrade from 1.2 Cake to 2.0 and higher and then install CakePHP Migration Plugin.
This project started on ODesk, I fired the original developer because they couldn't supply qualified people, I moved it to a large firm that had great communications skills and management, but wrote horrible code. Then I moved it to a big company that had horrible communications skills (bad English), decent programming skills, but few Cake experts that were qualified for the work. I am now back at ODesk looking for only those that are the best and again, if you don't have extensive Cake experience and expertise, don't APPLY!
