We have a freepbx installed. Been running 2 weeks without issues. The server is now doing some funny things:

- doesn't show our phones registered in the endpoint manager (we're told this isn't an issue, but I think it really is)
- our extensions can call out, but calling into them goes directly to VM, even for extension doing a 4 digit local extension dial
- our server booting shows a few module failures
