To modify our osTicket system and add the following fields.  It would be great if you can better organize them by grouping them into separate tabs horizontally within the same page.
 
Company – string
Country, State, City – string
 
Server OS – Windows XP/Windows XP SP1/…/Vista/7/8/2003/ - drop down
Server 32bit / 64 bit – drop down
Server CPU make and model - string
Server CPU number of cores - int
Server Memory Size - int
Server Available Physical Memory Size - int
Server CPU load
