I have excel files that has information about electronic items such as UPC, description, and retail price. There are approximately 20 columns in the file.

Every month we receive a new file (manifest) containing information about the items we are receiving to sell/recycle that month. We have a web app that we use to inventory and sell the items. We need an offline access app that can help us process some of the items faster via an offline desktop app. We need the following functionality:
