Im not sure if this is possible, Im guessing not but I thought I would ask. I have a need to be able to adjust the BIN price of fixed price eBay listings based on the buyers state that is viewing the listing. Im envisioning a list with all of the states on it and I should be able to input percentages to increase the buy it now price for each state separately. For example if for Ohio I input 5% the BIN price will increase 5% when anyone living in Ohio views the listing, but will stay at the origi...
