We need someone to customize an ELGG site that has not been used and it is a new launch, using Fantastico. We want the site to be laid out just like money science(dot)com. It will need similar plugins. Spine by thematic(dot)net/spine may be needed. The colors must be able to be changed make each site unique. See our positive feedback on ScriptLance, since 2008!
