iPad App developer needed to create a basic application to be used as an assessment tool. The application will need to include picture arrays (provided) and track answers to the arrays. Certain levels of the test will require 200 arrays. It will also have 2 levels with multiple questions in each level and an observation section. This section will be timed and track data with notes and a "tap to record" behavior instances. Data needs to be exported as a CSV file via email.
