We are looking for someone to customize osticket. I have listed a few of the customizations that we need.



Ticket Creation:
Email - Add ticket notes to notification Email
Company Name - Add to Ticket Creation
Phone Number - Require Contact Phone

Viewing Tickets:
Add person ticket is assigned to

Ticket Actions (At botton of Ticket)
Billing: Add a billing tab to enter Billing info

Create Billing Tab:

These would be added to a normal Ticket:

- Customer name
- Location of work
- Problem or Reason for work performed
- Hours InShop, Onsite, After Hours etc. and description of work
- Part number and Istar PO number if parts are used
- Who performed the work
- Date completed
- Who requested work to be performed (Company Name and Person at Company
- Customer PO number (If exists)
- Quote Number (If exists)


We also want a create a custom reporting module. This module would to access MySQL, export to PDF and email.
