you have worked in a professional call centre environment for at least 3 years
you have looked after clients from Australia, UK and or the US
you can project manage graphics, websites and keep a project moving forward
you are good at sales follow up and know how to sell
Excellent English for editing documents
excellent internet skills - you will need to be good at self learning
experience in using Mailchimp or Icontact (email marketing software), Zoho CRM or equivalent, Wordpress, Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Skype, setting up email signitures, and project management software.
I am looking for a self starter that can take initiative and is happy to keep time sheets and be accountable for your position.
The exact tasks you will be managing are outlined below:
Sales and Customer Service:
calling clients
responding to emails
project management and follow up of graphics and websites
sales follow up
sending out emails
maintaining client database Zoho CRM
Cold calls
data entry
preparation of basic reports
Recruitment:
calling referees to check references
interpreting client questionnaires, creating client briefs, posting on Odesk, short listing candidates, contacting candidates, data entry and management of information, conducting interviews
Email Marketing:
uploading content into Mailchimp
importing names from xl into software
creating templates
sending out emails
loading autoresponders into Mailchimp
maintaining and managing a database
Social Media Management
updating Facebook, Twitter, Linked in Utube
making connections on Linked in
Website Maintenance:
updating Wordpress blog with new content
editing documents
creating documents for clients
