Objectives:
I operate an existing Prank Call website based in the UK but the design is old and flat and requires modernisation to allow it to utilise the current features of modern websites in graphics and transitions etc.

New Content and Layout
I require the production of a website in Wordpress that will incorporate all of the new text that has been written, phone numbers and Prank Numbers as specified in the prototype.
The site will also require a new logo and Banner that suits the website to be designed that can be displayed on all pages.

Compatibility:
The website must be HTML5 and CSS3 compatible and be able to detect the screen size of the User’s mobile phone, tablet or PC screen and adjust the display accordingly. Ideally, the site should be compatible with both PC and mobile to ensure quick access to the website. Graceful degradation should be applied. It should also be compatible with Internet Explorer, Firefox and Google Chrome.

Social Interaction:
I require the site to have the ability for users to “Like” a page on Facebook and Twitter and
for Users to make comments on the pranks used that are displayed on the site.

Developer:
I am looking for a developer with expertise in Wordpress. The developer must have an oDesk rating of 4 or more and have logged at least 500 hours of development work. You need to have experience of cross browser compatibility including mobile devices. Experience of graphic designs essential.

Deadline:
I require this development completed within 2 weeks from inception.

I have already prepared a dummy wireframe prototype using Axure RP which provides the necessary text and style of format I am looking to use. The design is merely a guide to what I am looking for!

Any developers added to the shortlist must be able to provide working examples of websites that they have completed so that the quality of the work can be assessed.
