Users will use our site to submit confidential client information. There will be several pages of form data that they will be required to submit. They will also need to attach supporting documents in multiple formats like pdfs, docs, jpegs, etc.

About our company: We are a social service company that provides financial management services to the permanently disabled. We work closely with clients' social workers to collect confidential information that must be submitted to the government in order to ensure clients' benefits.
