I would like a backlink tool that will unite a bunch of websites with reciprocal links pages so everyone links to everyone else.

How it works:

1. Webmaster comes to my site and enters his URL and then my script generates two files. One file is a XML code that he must upload to his website to prove he owns it. The other is a links page which the user must upload to his website and link to.

2. Everyday the script will check to see if the links page is up and if all the links appear on it ...
