I need an expert PHP Programmer to clone a site. The site is fairly easy to clone and shouldn't take more than 20-40 days. You can use a framework if you prefer (Zend or CakePHP preferred).

What I require:

1) Front-end for users with identical features of site
2) Template made using Smarty
3) Class/Modular code using MVC
4) Admin Control Panel with abilities to control/delete users/jobs/gigs/etc along with reports and other information needed
5) Secure and Safe code
