We require a person to setup our online accounting in Xero from June 2011 until now, using previous Quickbooks statements, bank records and data. We will require new Chart of Accounts setup to better align with our current sales systems and move towards integrating Xero system with our billing system.

Reports to be setup to indicate KPI's and targets specific to the different accounts as well as budgets.

Job will be ongoing - however as it becomes further automated, less work should be required to be maintained. (Integration of Xero with our software will be handled seperately and not the responsibility of this role)
