We have a registered corporation in Quebec.

We are looking for someone to file tax returns on time (with all zeros as we don't trade) and keep me up to date on what forms I need to submit and when.

We submit QST/HST online ourselves.

We are simply looking to keep the company in good standing until we wish to use it again.

This will only involve a couple of hours here and there, and maybe a phone call every now and then but will be ongoing indefinitely.
