a. Prepares financial statements and analysis both manual and computerized generated reports (test run) and spot reports.
b. Handles master budget plan, general banking transactions and importation schedules.
c. Assigns to monitor cash sales and on account for immediate collections and implement desired promotions to increase sales volume for the period.
d. Assigns to monitor accounts, loans payable and trust receipts payables for schedule of payments and to negotiate if ever needed.
e. Currently implementing and setting up BAAN Finance Module and integration to Manufacturing Cost Accounting Module (New System intended for Computerized Accounting System).
f. Gives orientations and trainings to co-accountants
