We are launching an online magazine that will focus on fraud and will be called Fraud Times. We will use the "Transcript" theme from Gabfire (http://www.gabfirethemes.com/themes/transcript/) with minimal changes.

We need a designer to design a super-cool header for the magazine. The header should include the words Fraud Times and some images suggestive of fraud (we would like to purchase the images ourselves from an inexpensive online database, to be sure there is no copyright issue).
