Need skilled 3D artist to create 3D models and animation using max and Vray from CAD .dwg files (plans & elevations)
Attached is a starter project we are looking to hire to produce a single rendering as marked on the .pdf
Project information:
1. Small House located in country. See PDF FILE of siteplan, plan, and elevation (not to scale) – CAD files will be sent to the artist awarded the project
2. The horizon line will be placed so that it appears you are looking "uphill” towards the house. The house is located “in the country” - meaning a grassy hill and trees in the background,
Deliverables:
1. Exterior Eye Level View as marked in PDF file - Final image is 2400 pixels tall x 3600 pixels wide. Need in .jpg or .tiff file format
2. Final 3d Max model for evaluation and archive.
Duration:
The duration of the project is 7 days with intermediate milestones to build model, site, and preview renders with an additional 2 days to generate the final renderings
Specifications:
All final images are to be rendered at 2400 pixels tall x 3200 pixels wide.
All preview images to be rendered at 1200 pixels tall x 1600 pixels wide.
Milestones:
The milestone schedule is as follows with all items due at 8:00 a.m. C.S.T. (GMT – 06:00) on the day specified below unless otherwise noted:
Project start on or before January 30, 2012
(2/1) Grayscale and or Color preview of image – Building and site modeling should be 90 – 100% complete, viewpoint established. Landscaping a plus but not required at this point
(2/2) Comments submitted back to contractor along with building materials and landscape.
(2/3) 16:00 (G.M.T -06:00) Second preview with materials, landscaping and lighting
(2/6) 10:00 Final image due 2400 pixels tall x 3200 pixels wide.
Hourly fee with set limit on maximum hours prior to awarding contract. |
