Scope of work

3d rendering of 4 townhouses including exterior detail, interior detail and site plan including landscaping etc.

Exterior - Vertical cladding and flat sheet panelling as shown on plans (2d plans will be supplied). Window coverings and screens. Front to right side detail.

Interior detail of main floor area - Lounge, dining and kitchen. High gloss 600 x 600mm floor tiles, white gloss kitchen with 20mm stone tops and stainless steel appliances. White walls and recessed down lights. Aluminium windows and sliding door.

Site plan showing landscape detail, grass crete driveway, tanks, screens etc. (Grass crete - concrete forms with grass growing through it).
