I have two little images. I don't have the images source, just these flat files. I would like to get two PSD files with a new design for these logos just keeping the color pallet and the spanish words.

For logoteinnsa.jpg (my company logo) the words would be: Teinnsa, Tecnología e Innovación S.A.

For SystemONE.bmp (my product logo) the words would be: SystemOne
SystemONE is an accounting web program.
