I have a site coded in PHP , uses code ignitor, I just need 2 headers prepared to work with Job Target which manages our career board.

Pretty much you are preparing 4 pages, 2 with 2 types of headers, user and employer header, and 2 pages with the sites footers.

I need the coder to speaks very good English so they can follow the instructions perfectly. The instructions are attached so browse them first.
