I am looking for an expert Wordpress designer to code my custom page template to pull 3 posts into a static home page.

I would also like you to add a Twitter bar above the logo and implement the necessary .css. The bar looks like this http://yoast.com

This is an urgent project and I need someone who can do it quickly and who will communicate any issues. I am hoping there will not be an issue as you must be experienced and available immediately.
