I need a flash header created from an image that I have. The image includes pictures of photographers taking pictures.

The idea is that the flash bulbs on the different cameras will flash for about 15 seconds upon the site loading.

I have attached a picture that includes arrows as to where the "flash" of the camera should occur. The idea is to make the flashes happen at different times like it would look in real life. I only need about 15 seconds worth of this.

I will need the FLA ...
