The "language toggle" would need to be incorporated into the custom skin currently shown on the site. The key is that if a user is on a page, switching to Spanish will take them to that same page, but in Spanish. This also goes for the reverse (Spanish to English). Also keep in mind that I've already had the actual copy translated from English to Spanish so "on-the-fly" translation will not be necessary.
