This is a database backup program for PHP websites. It's already done in PHP3 and most has been converted but previous programmer got sick and did not finish the job. Suspect this to be 15 hours of work to get it "upgraded and all portions working as they were before in PHP5. It was written in PHP3 and Smarty.
